Lorenzen Wright & Bison Dele - The Disappeared

Former NBA forward Lorenzen Wright has been missing for a week. No bank card usage, no cell phone usage. Went to visit his kids at his ex-wife's place, slipped out overnight, gone.
Money pressure crept up on Lorenzen. These days, that happens to the rich and the poor alike. At the same time, crime also happens. Considering the brazen gunpoint robbery of Stephen Jackson's wife at home, Sean Taylor's murder, and other recent crimes against black athletes, there is reason to be concerned for Lorenzen's safety while his whereabouts are unknown.
He and his family already suffered a devastating tragedy tragedy when his 11 month old daughter Sierra died unexpectedly in March of 2003. Wright said, "I want to thank God for taking my baby and keeping her for me until I get there."
Last Friday, Lorenzen's mother Debora Marion said, "How could he just disappear? Lorenzen, your family is looking for you. You need to call somebody."
Here's hoping Lorenzen reunites with his mother sooner, and with his daughter Sierra many years later.

Lorenzen's disappearance brings back memories of Bison Dele aka Brian Williams. The '97 Bulls' late-season-rental champ vanished at sea in July of 2002 while in the South Pacific, along with his girlfriend Serena Karlan and their boat captain Bertrand Saldo.
Dele's brother Miles Daboard later confessed to his girlfriend that he accidentally punched Serena while fighting Bison on the boat, causing her to fall and hit her head, dead. Daboard then killed Captain Saldo with a wrench for wanting to snitch. Then he shot Bison to death. He dumped all 3 bodies overboard. They were never found.
