The Digital Death campaign, which started on December 1st to help fight the spread of HIV and AIDS in Africa and India, has reached its goal of $1,000,000 after the sixth day of celebrities - such as Alicia Keys, Kim Kardashian, and Lady GaGa - refraining from updating their Facebook or Twitter accounts!
According to the campaign's homepage:
With your help we raised over $1,000,000 to fight HIV/AIDS in Africa and India. Your generous donations will help bring critical care and medicine to the millions affected by this horrible disease. But so many more still need help. Please continue to BUY LIFE – the one thing none of us can alive without.

Facebook tells you when you gonna be dumped!

According to some disheartening data collected from Facebook status updates, patterns have surfaced related to break-ups.
It seems that relationships tend to end on Mondays, right before Spring Break, two weeks before Christmas, and before the summer holidays.
Ugh. You've been warned!! haha

OMFG ! Woman Kills Baby For Bothering Her While She Played On Facebook

This is sickeningly horrific.
A Florida woman named Alexandra Tobias has pled guilty to the second-degree murder of her 3-month-old son after he interrupted her while she was playing the Facebook game FarmVille.
According to investigators, her child, Dylan Lee Edmondson, began crying while she was playing the farm simulation game, and she lost her patience and shook him so hard that he may have hit his head.
She could face up to 50 years in prison.
As she should!
A monstrous act! And all over a game on effing FACEBOOK! Absolute nonsense.
