Caissie Liberatore is a female bodybuilder, born in Western Canada.she is a nutrition consultant for Simply For Life.
Well she got started in grade 7 when a guy in her class told her kickboxing was just for guys. So being as stubborn as she is and that she wouldn't let anyone tell her what she could and couldn't do, she joined kickboxing just to prove a point. she did that for a few months before she moved on to karate.
she then started to take notice of the women that were displayed in the fitness magazines and decided that she wanted to look like them, so she joined a gym. It was from that point that she fell in love with weight training and how it made her feel.
One day at the gym a bodybuilding show was on tv and she was just mesmerized by the physiques of these people and she knew that that is what she wanted to do.
she started to educate herself on the science of this sport and have been involved in it now for the last 10 years.
It wasn’t her goal to compete right from the start. It was only after a few years that when she started to see real changes, that her trainer at the time suggested she give it a shot.
