Britt Miller is a fitness competitor and female bodybuilder.
she played basketball while she was in high school and had planned to play in college. But towards the end of high school, she became 100% focused on trying to put on muscle size for bodybuilding. she also played softball. she then started to spend most of her free time training at the gym which ended up being to her advantage because her strength had increased and really helped her to succeed.
she have been lifting seriously since she was a freshman in high school. Although she couldn't take weightlifting as a freshman in school, she did manage to work out everyday. The coach of the weightlifting class went to the gym that she went to in the mornings before school. Since she wasn't old enough to drive, jer mom would wake up and take her to the gym every morning at 4:30am. she would work out, do cardio, tan, take a shower, and then she would ride to school with the coach.
This is how she trained to compete in her first competition. she competed in her first figure competition, the Quincy Roberts "Elite," when she was a freshman at 14 years old. she looked awesome for her age, but yet she was obviously a little underdeveloped! she think she was about 110lbs! It was a great experience and she fell in love with the enviornment. It was a big thing for her to become a sophmore because she could take weightlifting class.
