If we go by media reports, Dwyane Wade is having a tough time of it.
His ongoing divorce proceedings with Siohvaughn Wade have included accusations of STDs and bad parenting. Last week, his estranged wife sued his current girlfriend Gabrielle Union for $50,000 on behalf of his sons. Siohvaughn said Gabrielle "engaged in sexual foreplay" and "played sexually explicit roles, including roles as a seductress" in front of their young boys, causing them emotional distress. The way Gabrielle looks, she could get sued for that every day just walking down the street.
Today, Wade began a new trial. He's been sued for $25 million for backing out of a restaurant deal with former business partners. They allege that he broke a contract by demanding more money before blowing the deal off in 2008. He's already being sued in 2 other lawsuits, including one with charter schools in Miami that were to be named after him.
It could be worse. A man without an nba contract, Wade's about to sign a huge deal that will cover these lawsuits, his divorce, his kid's divorces and the ring it'll take to seal the deal with Gabrielle Union. Hopefully he'll remember to get a prenup since the only contracts he seems to be able to complete involve the game of basketball.
If all the law suits and court appearances do start to wear him out, I bet his seductress will know how to make it all better.
