The Colts vs. Giants "Manning Bowl" game was a blowout & a clinic Sunday night. Big brother Peyton Manning inspired his Colts to a 38-14 beat down over little brother Eli's Giants.
With all the offensive fireworks, the highlight of the night was when this passionate corn fed Indianapolitan "Joe the Fan" refused to return Brandon Jacobs' helmet after the Giants' running back launched it into the stands.
Did he want the helmet as a souvenir? Was he planning to remove all the padding on the inside before returning it to Jacobs? Was he going to bring it to his next "rally" as a token of victory over the enemy?
Stadium security came and yanked the Giant's helmet away from the Colt fan and his clan. They should've let him keep it since Giants' coach Tom Coughlin benched Brandon Jacobs immediately after he threw his helmet. The RB never returned to the game.
Joe the Fan got his 15 minutes of yeehaw and is the new grand wizard of Colt fans.
Imagine how ugly this would've gotten had it happened in Cleveland or Philly. Or Oakland.
